    Rules of the Ibiza action

    • The nominated candidate must be someone from your personal network. So you cannot nominate strangers.
    • You have informed and asked permission from the nominated candidate before filling in the application form.
    • You will receive the Trip for 2 to Ibiza (maximum value 1500 euros) when your candidate starts working for Exactpi and has successfully completed his/her probationary period.
    • This promotion is exclusively about Working at Exactpi itself and does not relate to vacancies at Exactpi’s clients.
    • You have a chance to win the trip only if your connection has not yet been included (before) in an application process at Exactpi and you are the first to propose this candidate.
    • You can nominate multiple candidates. Always complete the full application form to do so.
    • Exactpi may refuse to include nominated candidates in its application process. For example when, according to Exactpi, there is insufficient connection with the requested profile or when the position in question is no longer vacant.
    • Only Exactpi decides which candidates are finally hired and does not have to account for this. No correspondence can be entered into about the results of this action and the corresponding application procedures.
    • The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If you prefer not to travel by air, we will work together to find a suitable alternative.
    • Exactpi reserves the right to change or terminate the terms and conditions for recommending connections at Exactpi, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice.
